On Monday, 22 September 2025, the Faculty of Philology at USC will host the sixth edition of the international research meetings organised by the Group for Classical and Medieval Studies (Clasmed, GI–1908). The seminar Épica flavia e interludios virgilianos will explore various aspects of Roman epic, with particular focus on Flavian authors and Virgil.
Speakers include Jesús Bartolomé (UPV), Stefano Briguglio (Università degli Studi di Torino), Sergio Casali (Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”), Dulce Estefanía (USC), Antonio Río Torres-Murciano (UNAM) and Cecilia Criado (USC). Sessions will take place in the videoconference room B13, in both morning and afternoon sessions.
